It’s time once again time to plan for the annual Rangeley Blueberry Festival.  This year’s date is Thursday the 21st h of August and is the 50th annual festival for Rangeley.  As usual, the festival will take place outdoors from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at a place to be finalized very soon.  The event will take place rain or shine. The usual wide variety of craft persons, local organizations, special attractions, food vendors, children’s activities, information exhibits, raffles, etc. will be present for everyone’s enjoyment.   This will continue to be an open-air festival. Feel free to bring your own tents if you want/need shade. We have had numerous requests for tables and chairs so they will be available for rent in advance. The Rangeley Recreational Boosters sponsor this event.  In order to better plan we are requiring a registration fee of $40.00 per site. Each year we request a donation of 20% of your sales on event day and you can deduct the registration fee from the final total due.  The Boosters will use the money raised to support local athletic and academic teams.
