Fresh Tracks: Afternoon Snowshoe with RLHT

Tuesday, February 17, 2026 (2:00 PM - 4:00 PM) (EST)

Description

Let's hit RLHT's trails this winter!

Experience the quiet beauty of winter on a guided snowshoe walk through the Mingo Springs birding trail and conservation area. The walk begins at the Mingo Loop Road trail entrance and leads to a Solo Stove fire, where you can warm up with hot cocoa and s’mores. Along the way, RLHT staff and volunteers will be available to share insights about the landscape, wildlife, and conservation efforts at Mingo Springs. This is a free event, though advance registration is encouraged. Children ages 8 and up are welcome and must be accompanied by an adult.
