Description
The O.W. L. Club (Our Weekly Library Club) is a weekly afterschool program for all children in kindergarten, first, or second grades (or of the appropriate age for those grades). Children can take the bus from school to the Rangeley Public Library, or be dropped off by a guardian. Owl club each week includes Snack, an energetic activity, a new skill to learn, and a new book to explore. the Program is run by Children's Librarian, Brittany Wetherill.
Come join us at the Rangeley Public Library for O.W.L. Club. This year's theme is "Adventure though the Land of Imagination", in which we pretend to travel through all the fictional genres of book that can be found at the Library. Come have an adventure with us! We will comb the shelves for some of the most exciting tales ever told- and figure out how to survive them! The world is full of amazing, wonderful adventures, and books teach us the skills we need to conquer every one that comes our way.
