All Levels Yoga every week from 9:00 AM - 10:15 AM! This class is taught in the classical Iyengar method, focusing on physical alignment to build strength, stamina, balance, and flexibility while fostering greater self-awareness. Explore a variety of poses, including Standing poses, Forward extensions, Back extensions, Twists, Inversions, and Restoratives. Pranayama Each pose may be taught in stages with props, modifications, and alternatives provided, ensuring everyone can participate fully—from beginners to seasoned practitioners.
