Tyler Provencher, Greater Franklin Digital Literacy Program Coordinator, will be at the Rangeley Public Library on Wednesday, September 9th, at 6:00 PM to speak about artificial intelligence. 'Intelligence For The Rest of Us: Hype, Hope, and the Future of AI' will focus on the current state of AI, address claims (true or otherwise) made by large tech companies and how major media outlets report on the technology. We will also explore the every-day reality of using AI technology, and how it is actually shaping reality for the general public. Attendees are encouraged to come with questions. This presentation will be a combination of lecture and group-discussion.
