Maddie’s Run 2026 Set to Light Up Rangeley Lake

The annual charity motorcycle tradition, Maddie’s Run, returns to North Camps on Rangeley Lake. Taking place on August 28th and 29th, 2026, this year's event carries profound emotional significance for the community. The weekend serves as the sole fundraising initiative of the year for the Widows Sons Masonic Riders Association. This year’s run is dedicated to the cherished memory of Mountain Chapter brother and founding member, Peter "Orca" Smith. Described as the ultimate "go-to" brother who met every challenge with open arms, Pete is deeply missed by all who crossed his path. 

Friday Night: Sunset Cruise & Potluck. The event kicks off Friday evening with the highly anticipated return of the sunset cruise on the pristine waters of Rangeley Lake. Boat Ride: $20 per person.Requirements: Advance registration is mandatory to secure appropriate pontoon boat spacing. 

Supper: A limited potluck supper will follow, operating strictly by donation. 

Saturday Day: Guided Motorcycle Rides & Mountain Views. Saturday centers around community riding, local exploration, and stunning mountain views. Motorcycle Runs: $25 per bike and $10 per passenger. Participants can choose between structured guided tours or individual scenic routes. Registration includes lunch. Chairlift Rides: For $25 per person, attendees can ride the Saddleback Mountain scenic chairlift to the summit. A digital liability waiver must be filled out on the Saddleback Mountain Official Website before boarding. 

Saturday Night: Ribeye or Lobster Feed. The weekend wraps up with a grand culinary celebration hosted at North Camps. Dinner Pricing: $25 per meal, featuring premium Ribeye steak, fresh Maine lobster, baked potato, and corn. 

Event Swag: Commemorative short-sleeve safety green T-shirts will be on sale for $20.
