Join us on Saturday, March 21st at Bald Mountain Camps Resort in Oquossoc for a Spanish & Italian-inspired, Wood-Fired Supper Courtesy of Chef Justin William Walker & the Crew from Walkers Maine in Cape Neddick! Feast your eyes on the menu, & click the link to join us! 

4:30 PM - 5:30 PM Welcome appetizers for Happy Hour:  

Potato & cheese croquettes, ketchup - 

Wood-fired beef ribeye, mostarda, horseradish - 

Wood-fired manzanilla olives stuffed with sweet sausage 

5:30 PM: Paellas/ Pasta (Buffet Supper & Sides) -

 Braised pork & sweet peppers w/ cipolini onions, aioli - 

Seafood paella, little neck clams, shrimp & haddock, sofrito - 

Parma lasagna, spinach pasta, Sugo, bechamel , Parmesan reggiano -
