With new commercial buildings being constructed around town, there has been an abundance of earth to be moved from their backyards. Over the past fifteen years, M&H has contributed to the construction of several notable local landmarks, including the Rangeley Public Safety Building, Backwoods Clothing & Embroidery, Franklin Savings Bank, Rangeley IGA, and Parkside & Main Restaurant, among others. Additionally, they have served numerous local clients.

M&H has also expanded into various areas of public construction, including state, municipal, and private development projects, as well as roadwork, bridge repair and replacement, and utility services. They have built access roads and cleared public lots while collaborating with the Department of Transportation.
