Outdoor recreational diversions abound including world class fly fishing, hiking, biking, wildlife and moose watching, swimming, paddling, boating, golf, fall foliage touring, hunting, snowmobiling, skiing and lots more. The region is conveniently located near the Appalachian Trail, the ITS (snowmobile) trail system, and both Sugarloaf and Saddleback Mountain Ski resorts. The local towns of Rangeley and Stratton and the villages of Oquossoc and Eustis offer numerous choices for dining and shopping as well as a full event calendar including festivals, concerts, sporting events and other family-friendly and seasonal activities!
