Heidi Sorensen will be leading Qi Gong on the lawn, by the lake, behind the Church of the Good Shepherd for the month of July. We will be meeting Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00am. There is no fee. Please join us. The start date will be Tuesday, July 7th. Qi gong is an ancient form of moving meditation similar to Tai Chi.
