Kids of all ages are invited to join us on Wednesday, July 1st, at 10:30 AM at the Rangeley Public Library as we kick off the 2026 Summer Reading Program with magician Conjuring Carroll. This interactive, laughter-filled magic show will uncover stories of imagination, kindness, and the magic within every reader. The performance blends storytelling, illusion, and positive wellness messages that help children and families dig deeper into creativity, mindfulness, and connection. Audience members help make the magic happen as they explore how books, curiosity, and kindness can transform their world. The theme for our summer reading program 2026 is “Unearth a Story”, which will focus on dinosaurs, paleontology, and archeology. Preschool and elementary-aged children are invited to sign up and participate in this fun and educational adventure which begins on Wednesday July 8th at 10:00 AM.
