Compensation: Starting at $26/hour, plus tips, furlough pay during shoulder seasons, PTO and performance bonuses

Position Overview
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Cafe Manager to lead our daily operations and create an exceptional experience for every guest. This is a seasonal leadership role, perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves building community through great coffee and hospitality.

Schedule
        •       Thursday-Saturday: Full days
        •       Sunday: Half day
        •       Total: 30-35 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
        •       Oversee daily cafe operations with meticulous attention to quality and craftsmanship
        •       Manage and mentor a small seasonal team of 2-3 staff members
        •       Maintain exceptional cleanliness and organization throughout the space
        •       Create welcoming experiences for coworking members and cafe guests
        •       Handle inventory management and ordering systems
        •       Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
        •       Support special events and community programming

Preferred Experience:
        •       Previous coffee shop or barista experience
        •       Team leadership or cooperative work experience
        •       Experience working in coworking or community-focused environments
