The Rangeley Inn & Tavern is seeking a Facilities Manager to work on maintenance and upkeep of rooms, buildings, and grounds.  Responsibilities to include:

-Completing general repairs

-Seasonal maintenance, winter prep, summer prep

-Ensuring that walkways and stairs are free of snow and ice

-Patching and painting walls (including some exterior painting)

-Sanding and refinishing woodwork

-Conduct minor improvements as requested by the owner

-Ability to identify and prioritize maintenance needs

-Understanding of when to escalate maintenance issues to a licensed contractor
