We are seeking a reliable, guest-focused Club House Caddy to be the face of the clubhouse experience. This is a versatile hospitality role that blends pro shop operations, golf cart care, tee-time coordination, food-and-beverage service, indoor simulator support, and bar backup. The ideal teammate keeps play moving, keeps equipment ready, and makes every member and guest feel well taken care of from check-in to the last hole.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Check golfers in and out at the Pro Shop: verify reservations, collect fees, issue scorecards, and process retail and range transactions.
• Manage tee sheets and tee times; communicate delays, frost delays, shotgun starts, and pace-of-play updates to staff and guests.
• Clean, stage, fuel, and inspect golf carts; report mechanical issues and keep the cart area organized and safe.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members, guests, leagues, and outing groups—anticipate needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Serve food and beverages in the clubhouse, patio, and on-course as assigned; follow all food-safety and alcohol-service policies.
• Operate and reset indoor golf simulators; brief guests on software, booking blocks, and house rules; keep bays clean and stocked.
• Support bar staff with running food, clearing tables, and completing closing side work.
• Maintain cleanliness of the pro shop, restrooms, simulator lounge, and clubhouse common spaces.
• Assist with merchandise displays.
• Uphold club standards for appearance, safety, cash handling, and confidential member information.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clubhouse during peak tee times and events.
• Comfort with POS systems, tee-sheet software, and basic computer or tablet tools (training provided).
• Reliable transportation and availability for early mornings, weekends, holidays, and seasonal peaks.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol if assigned bar support; TIPS/ServSafe or equivalent preferred or obtainable.
• Prior golf operations, caddie, cart attendant, retail, restaurant, or hotel experience is a plus—not required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred for cart movement on club property.
