Finance Manager Assistant

Work in the business office on a wide variety of tasks including but not limited to

accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, customer records

management, bank account reconciliation, processing incoming checks, producing

weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports. General as-needed office work including

answering phones and responding to e-mails are key components to this position plus

excellent communication and Customer Service skills are required. Some remote work

is possible. Must be proficient in Excel, Work, Outlook and Sage accounting software

would be a bonus.

Log & Dump Truck Drivers

                              Commercial driver’s license with a clean record required – CDL license is a bonus.

Job Estimator

                       Primary roles are to do project take-offs, site design/planning for road and site work and

other types of excavation-type projects. Familiarity with commercial site and real estate

design is required. Excellent internal and external communication skills are essential.

NOTE: This position could also include truck and/or equipment operation depending on

workflow. Great opportunity to grow is possible over time.
