The Town of Rangeley is seeking applicants for Seasonal Park Attendants.
The Park Attendant position requires people who are polite, confident, and have strong customer service skills. An employee in this position assists with the daily opening and closing of the park and its facilities. The work is performed under the general supervision of the Director of Parks and Recreation.
GENERAL EXPECTATIONS:
• Control and monitor activities throughout the park and ensure guests abide by established park rules and regulations.
• Perform duties in a conscientious, cooperative manner.
• Work harmoniously and collaboratively as a member of a team with various groups of staff, depending on the issue addressed.
• Assure work is performed in a manner to facilitate the delivery of quality service.
• Capable of working alone and along with a team.
• The ability to perform tasks demanding physical strength.
• Making sure facilities are inspected and cleaned throughout each shift.
• Strong communication, general knowledge, patience, and customer service skills.
